What can I sell on Diggii?
You can only sell Digital Products and Digital Services that you’ve created, you own the rights to or have the right to sell on Diggii.

Click on For Vendors and select “Sell Your Digital Product”. When listing, go to Categories and select “Digital Products”

Do I need a Vendors Account to list a job?
No, You can list a job with a user account. After signing up as a user, go to the Main Menu and click on “For Users”. Then select “Post A Job”.
How do I accept a job proposal & hire the best candidate?
Simply go to the chosen candidate’s proposal and click on the “SAFE PAY Link”. You will be able to hire the chosen candidate through SAFE PAY.
How do I submit a proposal to a job I’m interested in?
You can submit a job proposal on the job’s page. On the job’s page scroll down until you see “Submit Your Proposal Below!” and submit it there.
Do I have to use SAFE PAY when buying and selling digital services on Diggii?
SAFE PAY is mandatory and applied automatically when buying and selling digital services on Diggii. This is to protect both the buyer and seller from fraudulent acts.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you have purchased a digital product or service on Diggii and you have not already received your order, you can request to cancel / change your order by contacting Diggii’s Support Team.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, however you can quickly create a users account on Diggii. Customers are required to create a user account in order to keep track of payments, orders & order status.
How do I check my order status?
Go to the Main Menu and click on “For Users”. In “For Users’ select “My Dashboard” then go to “Orders”. There you will be able to check your order status.
How long does it take to get paid?
Sellers can make a withdrawal request after 5 days. Diggii’s SAFE PAY gives customers a 5 days grace period to make sure the customer do not have a issue with there order. If there is no complaints made within 5 days, the seller is able to collect their payment.
How do Diggii decide who’s right and wrong if a dispute is filed?
For Digital Products, Diggii makes there decisions by comparing what the customer received with the digital product listing when the order was purchased. For Digital Services, Diggii looks at the digital service listing or the SAFE PAY Agreement when the order was purchased and compare it with the service the customer received.
